Come to me, come to me, let me be and abide with you. Let me comfort you when sorrow falls on you and let me rejoice with you when blessings befall on you. I am with you in the good times and in the bad, but nothing can penetrate you when I am with you. Come to me when you are suffering. Come to me when your heart is rejoicing. I want to hear it all. I want to be with you no matter your circumstances. My heart is for you and never against you. Stay close to me day in and day out and I will cover you with my wings and hold you in the palm of my hand.
What has preoccupied your mind these days? What weighs you down and wearies your soul? Come and bring these things to me and let me take control. Let me lift these burdens from your heart and lighten your load. Let my Spirit sort through all your thoughts, feelings and emotions contained within your mind and clear out the things that do not belong. Let my love enter in and clear away the cobwebs that have been spun within your mind. Let Love’s pure light cleanse you of this tangled mess and allow you to begin anew.
Concentrate on what is right, good, and true. Read my Word and let it filter through all that you’ve opened your mind to. Let my Word cut through the lies and break off all the barriers you’ve built-up within your mind. These barriers are a hinderance to your thinking processes and they keep you from coming closer to me. Ask me, and I will reveal these things to your mind. I will show you what needs to go and be removed. You are the Light of the World and I want you to shine brightly for me. Whenever too many things cloud your thinking and clutter-up your life, you cannot shine the light I have deposited within you. So, ask me to reveal these things to you so you can lay them at my feet and allow me to remove them from you. You were meant to live without constraints. You were meant for much, much, greater things. You were meant to be containers of my glory!
