Hear the word of the LORD to his holy people. Hear what the Spirit has to say regarding his words for today. Blessed be the name of the LORD God YAHWEH who was, who is, and who is to come. Bow upon your knees and worship the King of all kings and the LORD of everything. For all things are from him and all things bring glory to his name. You are the people of my pasture and I am calling out to you to hear my voice and obey and come to me. Do not push away and go your own way, but come straight to me and let me bless you indeed.
There are many voices vying you away from me, but your time spent with me is of greater importance than the things that call your attention away from me. Every hour there are things that want your attention. But spending time alone with me resets your whole day. Align your life with me and I will reset your entire day. I will fill you with my joy. I will help you push away the façade of emptiness and instead, fill you each day with my joy.
Come, lay your head at my feet and let me speak my words of life over you. Live each day in me and let me comfort you with my words of life; my living water that quenches your soul. Don’t resist or push away the very thing that will strengthen you and give you comfort all throughout your day. My words will go a long way and will continue to speak to you. They will dwell in your thoughts and when you need them most, I will bring them to the forefront of your memory, reminding you of my love for you.
You are mine and I never lose sight of you. I never leave your side or wander away. I am your constant companion, your trusted friend, and you can count on me to the very end. I am your Beginning and your End and there is never an end to my love for you. I am your mainstay and my love for you never fades. So, come to me and let you and I be one and the same. Let my strong arms wrap you in my love and let the cares of this world fade away.
